Datacenter AMS10
Schiphol Logistics Park
On behalf of Interxion, one of the leading European providers of carrier and cloud-neutral colocation data centre services, Mulderblauw has designed a new data centre: Interxion AMS10.
beautiful ensemble
The data centre is being built on the high-quality logistic business park Schiphol Logistics Park and contains fourteen data rooms with supporting technical areas.
The building design connects with the adjacent data centre AMS08, with subtle differences in the architecture of the office. The hall is made of a dark mezzosplit concrete façade, with aluminium lamella that take all technical facilities out of sight.
The white horizontal bands of the office are in harmony with the offices of AMS08.
By giving the window frames and concrete plinth a copper colour, the building clearly distinguishes itself from the adjacent building, creating two unique buildings. The AMS10 forecourt will be connected to the AMS08 site, creating a beautiful ensemble around the forecourt.
AMS10 will be the tenth data centre of Interxion in Amsterdam and will be part of Interxion’s Amsterdam Schiphol Campus. In total, the data centre will provide approximately 14,400 m² of customer space and approximately 26 megawatts of available customer capacity.
The project is currently under construction and is being developed in collaboration with specialized contractor Mercury.
