Dutch Hotel Partners commissioned the conversion of a vacant office building right beside Sloterdijk railway station into a fresh and contemporary Holiday Inn Express hotel.
The entrance to the hotel and a cafe-restaurant, both on the ground floor, are oriented towards the new bus station. The public spaces of the hotel are located on the first floor so that the ground floor is available for dynamic functions that enliven the base of the building. The 254 bedrooms are distributed on eight floors, covering a total surface area of 9,700 m2.
