Just off the A27 and on a short distance from the center of Breda, we designed a large-scale distribution centre. It is designed in such a way that, responding to the market’s needs, between one and four distribution centers can be offered.
glass boxes
For the façade three waved patterns will be used, that by different applications and an interference with day light, produce a subtle image. The office volumes arise as high gloss black glass boxes in the hall, leaving an explicit arrangement in the building. The roof of the whole building is suitable for the application of PV panels, so that not only the building itself, but also the consumers into the vicinity of the distribution centre can be provided with energy.
